You may use it to: • Post and browse classifieds, marketplace listings, job postings, and contractor profiles • Write and read business reviews • Create a talent/candidate profile • Message other users through the Talent Pool feature You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm other users or the platform.
Prohibited Content
You may not post content that: • Is fraudulent, misleading, or constitutes a scam • Violates any applicable law or regulation • Is sexually explicit, violent, or harassing • Infringes on intellectual property rights • Contains malware, spam, or unsolicited advertising • Impersonates another person or entity We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you post. 702 Pulse does not verify the accuracy of listings or the identity of users. Exercise caution when meeting strangers or conducting transactions. We strongly recommend meeting in public places and using secure payment methods.
Scam Warning
Be cautious of offers that seem too good to be true. Never wire money, send gift cards, or pay in cryptocurrency to strangers. 702 Pulse will never ask you for payment. If you encounter a scam, report it immediately using the report button on the listing.
Intellectual Property
By posting content on 702 Pulse, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content. The 702 Pulse name, logo, and design are our intellectual property.
Disclaimer of Warranties
702 Pulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listings or user-generated content. Use the platform at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 702 Pulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses from transactions with other users.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of 702 Pulse after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
